Consilium Academies is a growing multi-academy trust comprising nine schools across the UK. Like many educational organisations, they faced the challenge of maintaining consistent health and safety standards across multiple sites while building a genuine culture of safety that goes beyond simple compliance. The Trust was looking for more than just tick-box audits - they wanted a partner who could embed themselves into their operations and help create a proactive approach to health and safety across all their schools.
THE CHALLENGE
Consilium Academies was dealing with fragmented health and safety processes across their schools, varying levels of on-site expertise, and inconsistent approaches to safety management. They needed to create a unified, proactive culture of safety that would work across all nine schools, ensuring compliance while genuinely engaging staff and students. OUR APPROACH
