Crysp welcomes Flow360 as the business continues to shape the future of property and compliance management
The acquisition brings together two businesses with a shared commitment to making compliance simpler, more connected and easier to manage.
Crysp has announced the acquisition of Flow360, bringing together two businesses that share the same goal: helping organisations take better control of their properties, assets and compliance responsibilities.
The acquisition supports Crysp’s long-term ambition to give customers one central place to manage health and safety, fire safety, property compliance, assets and wider operational information.
Flow360 has built a strong reputation for helping customers manage facilities and assets more effectively. Its experience, knowledge and customer relationships will now become part of the wider Crysp business.
For Flow360 customers, there will be no sudden changes. Existing relationships will continue, familiar faces will remain, and customers will continue to receive the personal support they are used to. Over time, they will also benefit from access to Crysp’s broader technology platform and professional compliance services.
Pete Mills, Co-Founder and CEO of Crysp, said:
“When we started Crysp, we wanted to remove the frustration that so many organisations face when managing compliance.
“We saw people trying to keep on top of multiple systems, spreadsheets and folders full of documents, while also dealing with growing legal and operational responsibilities.
“Flow360 shares our belief that compliance should be easier for customers to understand and manage. Bringing the two businesses together means we can offer even more support while retaining the personal approach customers value.
“David has built a business that customers genuinely trust, and we are delighted to welcome him and the Flow360 customer community to Crysp.”
David Rookwood, Founder of Flow360, added:
“I have known the Crysp team for some time and have watched the business grow into one of the most exciting companies in the sector.
“What stood out to me was not only the technology, but the people behind it and the care they show for their customers.
“Joining Crysp gives Flow360 customers access to a wider platform and a much broader team of compliance specialists. Just as importantly, it allows me to continue supporting the customers I have worked with and built relationships with over many years.”
The acquisition comes at an exciting stage in Crysp’s growth.
The business now supports organisations across education, healthcare, commercial property, infrastructure and manufacturing, helping them centralise compliance information, simplify everyday tasks and gain a clearer view across their estates.
Crysp is also continuing to invest in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twin technology. The business recently joined the Digital Twin Consortium as part of its ambition to help organisations create safer, better connected and more effectively managed buildings.
Sian Purver, Chief Operating Officer at Crysp, said:
“Customers consistently tell us that they want compliance to feel simpler.
“They want to know where their information is, what needs attention and who is responsible, without having to search across different systems and documents.
“Welcoming Flow360 into Crysp strengthens our ability to provide that clarity while maintaining the personal, responsive support that has always been central to both businesses.”
Crysp believes the future of compliance is about more than simply storing information.
By bringing together documents, assets, inspections, maintenance, people and compliance activity in one connected platform, organisations can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time making informed decisions.
The addition of Flow360 is another important step towards that vision.
Pete Mills concluded:
“We have never wanted Crysp to become just another software company.
“Our aim is to be the trusted partner organisations turn to when they need confidence that their buildings are safe, their compliance is under control and their people have the information they need.
“Flow360 shares that customer-first approach, which is why this feels like such a natural fit. We are incredibly excited about what we can achieve together.”
