Chloe Rhodes appointed Chair of Governors at Yorkshire Causeway school

The appointment gives Chloe the opportunity to support the education, wellbeing and continued development of children within her local community.

Chloe Rhodes MIFSM GIFPO, Chief Professional Services Officer at Crysp, has been appointed Chair of Governors at a local school within Yorkshire Causeway Schools Trust.

The voluntary role will see Chloe work closely with the school’s governing board and senior leadership team, providing support, strategic oversight and constructive challenge as the school continues to develop.

The appointment is a rewarding opportunity for Chloe to contribute to the education and wellbeing of children in her community, while using her professional experience to support the school’s future direction.

Although the governing board is not involved in the day-to-day management of the school, it plays a vital role in providing strategic oversight, maintaining accountability and supporting continuous improvement.

Governors also help ensure that school leaders are appropriately supported and challenged, resources are used effectively and the school remains focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for pupils.
