Celebrating Sian Purver: One of the UK’s Top 30 Under 30
The Crysp team are excited to share that our National Operations and Business Manager, and one of our founding employees, Sian Purver, has been recognised as one of the UK’s brightest young talents in the 2025 Top 30 Under 30 awards. This programme has been celebrating outstanding young professionals for 10 years. It sets out to spotlight those who are distinguishing themselves in their professional fields and demonstrating a strong commitment to shaping and developing the future of their industry.
From the beginning, Sian has been instrumental to the development of Crysp, and she is now responsible for overseeing operational strategy and driving business performance across both national and international markets. Her leadership skills and ability to drive innovation have been integral to Crysp’s journey, playing a vital role in growing Crysp into the company it is today.
At Crysp, based in Bradford, we specialise in compliance and health and safety management, combining personal expertise with a smart digital platform to support organisations across the UK, Europe and North America. Sian’s achievement and national recognition embody the talent and dedication we pride ourselves on at Crysp.
Sian’s work has been widely praised for its impact on strengthening communication with clients, and fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. Her strategic decisions have strengthened customer experience, enhanced operational efficiency, and expanded our global reach. She has achieved all this whilst ensuring people and progress remain at the centre of everything we do at Crysp.
Sian’s achievements extend beyond just the workplace; this year, she also completed her first marathon. This was a huge personal milestone and it performs as a perfect reflection of her determined, goal-driven nature. Sian continues to push boundaries at Crysp while continuing to grow in both personal and professional work.

Sian celebrated her well-earned recognition at the Top 30 Under 30 gala ceremony in Leeds this October. For Sian, it was a memorable moment to stand amongst peers who share the same sentiments.
